Shared Billing

TrydaNi for Organisations is priced at £15/month for commercial organisations and £10/month for non-profits. A business will have a shared billing account that allows their staff to sign up as members and book vehicles as usual, but instead of buying credits, the credit limit is set by the shared billing account owner, and paid for on a monthly basis.

When your organisation signs up we'll ask you to set a maximum monthly budget so that you can rest assured that you won't be hit with a big unexpected bill (we can always increase the budget in a given month if you need to).

It's up to you if you allow your employees to use vehicles for personal use in addition to your work travel needs. Your team can then go ahead and book the vehicle via our app or website like any other member. We'll invoice you in arrears each month for the bookings that have taken place in that month.

If you have a shared billing account the booking system is slightly different:

Step one: After you select the car you would like to use, tap/click the red “Book” button. You will then be taken to the booking screen where you can select the day you would like to book the car for. Tap/click the “Book” button to the right of the day that you would like to book, then use the sliders to set the beginning and end time of your booking.

Step two: Underneath the times, you will find a box named “Create reservation for”. Select this box to change the account the booking will be made under.

Now tap/click “Confirm”

You are all done! You can view this booking from “My reservations” on the menu.
