Credit System

Bookings are paid for through credits that you purchase through our app.

Credits are essentially a wallet you fill with money that will be used on the car booking. You buy a lump sum and the cost of your journey gets deducted from the total. You cannot book a car without credits.

In the app, tap/click “My Credits” on the left-hand side, then tap/click “Buy Credits” at the top.

You’ll then be asked to select the bundle size you’d like to purchase: £15, £30, £60 or £100, £250 and £1000. Then, you’ll be taken to a secure payment portal to enter your payment card details.

Once you’ve paid, these will immediately be added to your account, ready to use. At the end of your journey the total cost of your journey will be deducted from your credit total. If you end up taking a longer journey and the total exceeds your credit amount you will go into negative credits and the next time you buy credits it will pay the debt before adding a surplus to your total.
