Application process

Firstly, we ask that you read our Terms and Conditions to ensure that you understand how the service works, and what is required of you. 

Applications are made via our application form. You’ll need your driving licence and a DVLA check code. 

We’ll then check your details and if you meet our eligibility criteria you will be added to our insurance policy so you have the necessary coverage to drive our vehicles. We’ll email you to confirm your membership is active and with full details of how to use the service and our vehicles.

We endeavour to process membership applications as soon as possible, but please note that it can take up to 3 working days.
