Loss and Damages
We know accidents can happen, and we ask everyone to treat the cars with care so they’re reliable for the whole community.
- If something is lost or damaged in a Vehicle (for example, a key or charging cable) and it’s not something we can claim through insurance, we may need to charge for the repair or replacement. Don’t worry — your liability is capped at £250 per incident.
- Normal wear and tear is expected, but if you notice accidental damage or that a repair is needed, please let your Car Club Coordinator know as soon as possible.
- We’ll handle reporting accidental damage to insurers and arranging repairs.
If a repair is urgent, please contact us straight away (for example, through the club’s WhatsApp group or our helpline: 0300 373 5500) so it can be dealt with quickly.
By sharing responsibility and keeping each other informed, we can make sure the cars stay safe, roadworthy, and ready for everyone to enjoy.
