I have left something in the car
Step one: On the app, tap the three bars on the top left.
Step two: Tap ‘my reservations’, then tap on the most recent booking at the top of the screen to view the details.
Step three: Tap ‘Chat’ on the bottom right
Step four: You will be able to unlock the car by tapping th red key button in the second box.
Step five: When you’re done, tap the lock button again.
If you have left something in the car and you are only using a Vehicle Access Card because you don’t have a smartphone, please call 0300 373 5500
