Phone Signal and the app
Vehicles are typically accessed by starting your booking and unlocking the vehicle with the app. Bluetooth needs to be turned on for this to work..
We always recommend you take the physical car key from the car’s glovebox during your booking when leaving the car mid-way through a booking. This is to ensure you can still access the car and drive it, even if your phone battery dies or you lose signal.
Don’t forget to return the physical car key to the glovebox before you end your booking!.
When you have returned the physical key, lock the vehicle and end your booking via the app (please note that all of our home locations have been tested for a reliable phone/internet signal).
