WhatsApp Community

When you have your application approved, you will be invited to join a WhatsApp group with other local members and TrydaNi support staff.

The local WhatsApp groups allow members to communicate with each other in a semi-public way, and can be useful for sharing information about any issues with a vehicle, booking system or charging. It can also be a convenient way to quickly contact TrydaNi for support.

Membership of the WhatsApp group is entirely optional and any service updates (such as a vehicle being unavailable due to maintenance) are always shared via email as well as within local WhatsApp groups.

By joining the local WhatsApp group, members consent to their phone number being shared with other members of the group.
